UNLV Tennis Camps
2009 Rebel Tennis Camp
Frequently Asked Questions Q: "What should players bring to camp each day?" A: Each camper should arrive to camp each day wearing athletic gear, tennis shoes, sunscreen, and a hat. Each camper will also be responsible for bringing their own tennis racket as well as a bathing suit for the swimming portion each day.
Q: "What kind of lunch should I provide for my child?" A: Most campers bring a regular sack lunch. We have both a refrigerator and microwave at the tennis complex available for campers to use.
Q: " Where should I park?" A: There is a free parking lot across the street from the tennis complex (next to the softball stadium). The parking directly in front of the complex is reserved for students and staff. There may be open spots, but the parking enforcement is quite strict. We recommend playing it safe and parking in the free lot.
Q: "Are campers provided water?" A: Yes. We provide water and Gatorade for the campers. There is also a mist fan that campers can visit to be cooled off as well. We do however recommend that you encourage your child to drink a lot of water during the week while away from the courts to avoid becoming dehydrated.
